A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Cancellation & Refunds

- Technical and Utility issues
- Government restrictions
Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to:

- Provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Guest Responsibilities
To help ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, guests are expected to:
- Arrive at the scheduled time.
- Follow instructions provided by guides, instructors, and staff.
- Respect performers, artisans, other guests, and cultural traditions.
- Use equipment responsibly.
- Behave respectfully throughout their visit.
Vintage Ceylon reserves the right to remove guests whose behaviour threatens the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.
Important Notice
Unauthorised Collusion and Side-Arrangements: Vintage Ceylon operates on a foundation of trust and safety. We expect all travelers to act with integrity and strictly refrain from engaging in collusion, private financial arrangements, or unofficial side-deals with tour guides, local drivers, or third-party vendors. Any modification to your itinerary, extra services, or alternative activities must be requested and approved directly through the official Vintage Ceylon management. Any agreements made privately between a traveler and our field staff or suppliers without our explicit written consent are strictly unauthorized. Vintage Ceylon is completely excluded from any and all liability for injury, theft, loss, financial fraud, or disruptions resulting from such unauthorized arrangements. If a traveler is found to have breached this code of conduct or colluded to bypass official booking channels, Vintage Ceylon reserves the right to terminate their tour immediately without notice, compensation, or refund.

Photography & Media
Guests are welcome to take photographs for personal use unless otherwise advised during specific experiences.
Professional photography, commercial filming, or media production may require prior written permission.
Vintage Ceylon may occasionally capture photographs or videos during experiences for promotional purposes. Where individuals are clearly identifiable, appropriate consent will be sought where required by applicable law.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional media should notify our staff before the experience begins.

Personal Belongings
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings throughout their visit.
Vintage Ceylon accepts no responsibility for personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged unless required by applicable law.

Health & Safety
The safety of our guests, staff, and cultural practitioners is a priority.
Guests agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions.
- Wear any recommended protective equipment where applicable.
- Participate only within their own physical capabilities.
- Immediately report accidents or injuries to staff.
Vintage Ceylon reserves the right to discontinue a guest's participation where safety concerns arise.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, branding, artwork, and design elements is the property of Vintage Ceylon or its licensors.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vintage Ceylon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

- Power failures
- Transport disruptions
- Other unforeseen events
Where practical, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or participation in Vintage Ceylon experiences shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Sri Lanka unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For confirmed bookings, the Terms & Conditions active at the time of confirmation will govern your trip. However, if changes are required due to legal updates, government regulations, or critical safety protocols in Sri Lanka, the updated Terms will apply to active bookings. In such instances, Vintage Ceylon will notify you directly via email. Continued participation in the physical tour following this notification constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised operational Terms.
